SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY (IN STOCK ITEMS)
All standard shipping orders have a warehouse processing time of up to 24 hours addition to the carrier transit times.
Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, orders placed in the USA typically arrive:
- Standard Ground Shipping - 3-5 business days
- Priority Shipping - 1-3 business days
- Expedited Express - 1-2 business days
International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Instead shipping rates for international orders are calculated upon checkout. The shipping time is usually 7-21 calendar days, depending on the shipping method selected (including processing time), barring all information has been input correctly.
**Orders that are in-transit cannot be refunded.
If you paid for 2-day shipping your order will be processed within 2 business days or less. Orders placed after 12PM EST or on postal holidays will be processed and shipped out the following business day.
If your 2-day shipping order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your order will shipped on Monday and will arrive within 2 business days.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.
Make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order as we cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed.
INACCURATE OR MISSING SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses.
Once your order is placed and it has shipped, we cannot update your address.
If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address, we cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed or fixed before it is shipped to you.
We cannot refund or replace items sent to inaccurate/incomplete addresses.
Kindly check your order details immediately after receiving your confirmation email to prevent any issues.
If AlchemyTT, resends your order, you will be responsible for additional incurred product and shipping costs.
MISMATCHED BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES
In order to prevent fraudulent transactions, we may automatically cancel orders that have a different billing/shipping address. If your order has different billing/shipping addresses kindly contact us at support@alchemytt.com immediately after submitting an order.
ADDITIONAL FEES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE USA)
AlchemyTT is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties or any additional fees charged for orders shipped to countries outside of the USA.
